What
We
Offer
Property Management
We secure the real property held in the estate or trust. We then create a detailed picture and video inventory of the contents and condition. Then per your direction we distribute, sell or dispose of the property. We also work with real estate professionals on the sale.
Beneficiary Intermediary
There is usually always one. We act as the firewall between you and that unruly beneficiary. We document our communication with them, can coordinate services for them, and work with you on distributions to them.
Advice on Best Practices
For most people, acting as executor or trustee is a confusing whirlwind experience. We can provide insight on the process, working with your attorney and financial advisor, to make sure it is done in accordance with industry best practices.
Care Coordination
Sometimes a beneficiary needs care assistance, whether in the home or not. We take arrange for appropriate care, oversee that care, and then send a monthly report to you on the quality of that care.
The Tough Stuff
Everyone is busy. Whatever the tough task, reach out and odds are we can help you with it or get you in touch with the people who can.
Case
Studies
Messy Property
A executor calls us about a property in Oklahoma that is held in the estate. She lives in Arizona and is unable to travel. She has no idea the condition of this property when she asks us to take care of it.
We find a property in complete disarray and full of cats. We work with local professionals to clear out the property and get it ready to sell.
Unreasonable Beneficiary
The trustee's brother, and beneficiary of the trust, is a drug addict. She had no relationship with him, but she still has a fiduciary duty.
We worked with the brother to make sure he got appropriate medical care, his entitled distributions, government benefits, and acted as someone he could reach out to for help.
Care for Mom
The trustee was responsible for her mother's trust and providing her appropriate care. The problem is that the trustee works for an international organization overseas.
We coordinated in-home care for the mother, checked in on her per the trustee's direction, and generated a report outlining the mother's health and level of care.
